Escapism taken to a higher level:
FT Island’s third album was released earlier on today and I’m very thankful for technology at times like these!! (: (: (: The efficient and internet stalker-like fans over at Soompi reply the thread so very religiously whenever there are updates about the band!! Okay so their new album is called ‘Cross & Change’ and title song is ‘I Hope’. I think the whole packaging of their album is really neat :D Click here to see pictures! What’s with Hongki’s weird hairdo and Jaejin’s bowlcut anyway O.O ?! I’m going to have to take some time getting used to their new hairstyles..
I’m quite disappointed that some of their songs belong to the electro-pop genre (I’m quite anti electronic music whoops) and no matter how much I like FTI, I know I won’t exactly bother listening to those 4 songs in time to come ): I’ll probably just skip them when my iTunes is on shuffle.. *gasps* This is coming from someone who likes every single song from their previous albums!! *gasps*
What happened to their signature emo pop-rock ballads?! ):
I won’t deny that the MV for ‘I Hope’ is cute though :D
In a bid to comfort myself: At least they won’t get slammed for being repetitive with the songs they produce and they’re getting more well-received because of their changes in both image and music style (: And it’s not the end of the world if I don’t fancy 4 songs out of 12 songs ‘cos there are still 8 songs I’ll enjoy listening to :D

Last night was.. More than a little unpleasant. Imagine trying to block out the voice of someone running you down (and failing miserably) while racing against time to finish all your homework.
I really don’t need frequent reminders as to how much I pale in comparison with the other 2 in terms of academicperformanceportfoliocharacterwhatever – You’ll never know how lousy I feel after each assessment when my sixth sense tells me I won’t make it.
