My muffins are hideously out of shape thanks to the muffin trays which were in a rather bad condition as they were chucked under other baking materials right at the bottom of the cupboard. Ah well at least the taste isn’t too bad!! I highly suspect they were just being polite but everybody who tried them said they liked it ♥

Today’s event went on smoothly with hardly any glitches (finally something positive in my life) EXCEPT I can’t upload any photos because my memory card suddenly got corrupted… How very timely ain’t it ):

My body clock is kind of messed up, I slept at 12-ish and woke up half an hour ago to find myself hungry and not being able to go back to bed.

I’m rather glad and relieved I’m gonna be hardly at home this weekend (busy with preparations for Sunday’s event) because I foresee the parents are going to continue to ask me questions I can’t answer, so much so they are becoming rhetorical.

Point is, I thought they would be more understanding given all that happened during the course of promos but from tonight’s interrogation it seems otherwise.

I don’t know when they’re going to learn that I’m human too just like the rest of the world. I have fears and vulnerabilities – I bleed when I’m slashed and I hurt when I’m kicked. I’m reticent in that I’m not comfortable with sharing my problems with others but that doesn’t mean I don’t have any problems either.

I wish a brain filter of some sort could be invented so at least I could sieve all the harsh words they’ve been hurtling at me and dispose of them entirely.

I think they are slowly getting ingrained in my head.

The past week has been rather dramatic even without getting back my Math paper yesterday.

How I wish those who know what’s going on with me would leave me alone for a while – For this weekend at least.

I’m not at all ready to talk anything out.

Icing on the cake (haha some icing indeed): My doctor called me in the afternoon and said I’ve been diagnosed with severe hyperthyroidism and heart palpitations with reference to the blood test I took last night. Yes it can be cured with both surgery and medication but I’m not allowed to exercise at all and my parents want me out of badminton (again).

I wonder what else there is left to keep me going.

I used to think I was sensible and mature enough but not anymore.

Last week someone asked me something and I laughed it off before saying ‘no’ quickly – Looking back, I think I might have lied.

Dedicated to whoever that’s reading (by the way I’m aware of who reads my blog thanks to the ingenuity of WordPress :D ). It’s not fantastic though, what with all the uneven notes and poorly played arpeggios :S The annotation I made at 0:18 is “whoops this is too jarring ): ” if you can’t see properly because of the reduced size of the embedded player.

Omg I’m so tempted to watch “Glee” now that I’ve listened to the cast’s cover of ” Don’t Stop Believin’ “ on YouTube!!!!!!! I love love love love love love musicals – I’ve watched “Mamma Mia”, “Phantom of The Opera”, “Cinderella”, “Miss Saigon” (DVD), “Les Miserables” (DVD), “Cats” (DVD), “My Fair Lady” (DVD) (I purposely didn’t include “High School Musical” because that’s kind of.. amateurish :S) and OMGGGG now there’s GLEEEEEE!!

But only 6 episodes have been aired, should I wait for the whole of Season 1 to be out or should I start watching already?!?!!!

Yay I have cheered up considerably thanks to this reignited interest of mine ^^V

I check Soompi regularly (I’ve even been posting updates myself recently haha) and when I opened the thread today I was so surprised to see FTI has yet released another single titled “Lie”!!! There was no news prior to its release save for one article, which was published a mere few hours before the song was made available to the public O: It says the full album – “Double Date” consisting “Lie” & other tracks will be revealed towards the end of this month. “Cross & Change” was out in July and now this!?! Quite shocking really, if you take their Japanese releases into account as well (the full maxi-version of “Raining” is going to be out on the 21st this month).

That’s not to mention they’re holding concerts in Korea on the 14th and 15th of November -___-!! Oh and Hongki still has to see to the filming and promo-activities for his drama from now ’till the end of the airing which will be in late November -.- Hope they won’t burn out and all will go smoothly with them?!!

Anyway “Lie” sounds “Cheerful Sensibility”-ish (debut album) which is not a good sign as this means their songs are becoming formulaic and they will begin to lose fans as a result ): a good sign as this shows they haven’t lost their touch with performing ballads given the upbeat “I Hope” (:
